Package Includes;

  • Pre-reception Drinks and Canapés – Chef’s selection of canapés with our Premium selection sparkling wine, local and imported beer, orange juice and water for 60 minutes.
  • Menu – Choose from our premium menu selection or meet with our Event Manager and discuss a menu suitable for you and your guests. All dietary requirements are catered for. Package includes anti-pasto platters served with a selection of bread, or Middle Eastern mezza platters, or cold seafood platter, plus entree, main, dessert served alternatively. All meals are served with fresh seasonal vegetable and freshly baked bread rolls. We also include plating of your wedding cake, served with freshly brewed coffee and a selection of herbal teas.
  • Beverages – Package includes our ‘Deluxe’ Sparkling wine, selection of Australian Red and white wine, local and imported beer, soft drinks and sparkling mineral water served continuously for five hours during your dinner or lunch service.
