Add something personalised to your event. Whether it be personalised menus or place cards, there is no need to have this done by a professional. Check out the website Canva or Vistprint and start designing your stationery. Personalise the items with names or special graphics, and print these yourself at home or at places like Officeworks or KMart. To add to the effect, print on Linen paper stock rather than just normal paper. This will make your event stationery stand out.

Some people might think that this comes with a high price tag, but this isn’t necessarily the case. Start searching the web for up-and-coming artists who are keen to get their name out there. These people usually come with a better price tag and are often just as talented. Whether it be an aspiring singer, musician, artist or dancer, don’t feel like you have to go to the big companies to source some incredible event entertainment. Hop onto Instagram and start stalking. You’ll be surprised how many potential entertainers lurk on your feeds. You might even be lucky enough to have friends attending the wedding who are able to perform, adding a sweet and personal touch and of course enhancing exposure.
