Frank Anisse

Venue Manager

 

 Frank Anisse boasts 18 years experience in the hospitality industry managing various roles. As the Manager of this magnificent venue, Frank’s fine eye to detail, and organisational skills are unparalleled. His professionalism and hospitable nature for every guest is evident from your initial visit to Springfield House.

As one of Sydney’s most experienced and sought after Master of Ceremonies, Frank has also managed and co-owned, more than one successful function centre in Sydney. 

Moreover, Frank enjoyed a very successful career in the corporate world in senior executive positions.

Frank is also a seasoned singer and incorporates this into his role as Master of Ceremonies.

It is the combination of Frank’s business acumen, talents, charismatic personality and passion that make him the consummate professional in this industry.

  

Judy Netana

Function Event Co-ordinator

 

Judy has been involved in the Hospitality Industry for over 30 years, starting with her Father operating a very successful catering business in New Zealand and then expanding further her experience throughout the hospitality industry.

 Judy has been well initiated into every aspect of hospitality. From Hostess to Bistro Cook and everything in between. She is also a professional and talented vocalist and performs regularly with her husband Tima, who is a fine musician and an exceptional vocalist that compliments the Springfield House team.  

Judy Netana is the Head Event Coordinator, who has now been with Springfield House for over 2 years and has been involved with successfully organising and planning hundreds of weddings and functions.

Judy has a strong background and a wealth of knowledge in event planning and co-ordinating. She is in her element when it comes to helping brides and grooms in achieving an unforgettable event. 

Judy is generous in sharing her ideas and knowledge to plan and organise your special day effectively down to the most intricate requirement.

  

Marcus Held:

Executive Chef

 

We are very proud to boast the services of award winning Executive Chef, Marcus Held.

Marcus’ wealth of knowledge and experience in Australia, Switzerland, and London, brings a whole new level of excellence and sophistication to Springfield House. Marcus’ continued pursuit in excellence is obvious in his passion and zest and flare for food, keeping up with the changing times, while maintaining traditional values.

It is the combined efforts of the management team, which give them the edge. Their desire and passion for the hospitality industry set them apart from their competitors

Springfield House utilize the services of Soulful Strut, incorporating the musical ability and talents of Judy and Tima Netana and Frank Anisse, with live performances ranging from Jazz standards, to contemporary, modern, and all your dance favourites.
